Finely poised champagne from Grand Cru vineyards of Ay (Pinot Noir) and Cramant/Avize (Chardonnay) with the fruit from the Pinot Noir perfectly offset against elegant and crisp elements from the Chardonnay. Speaks - metaphorically, of course - brightly and gently with character and depth but not at all showy.
