Champagne Dinner with Marion Geoffroy of Lallier Champagne

On Friday, September 21st at the Old Deanery Hotel and Restaurant in Ripon, Marion Geoffroy of Lallier Champagne will join us for dinner, helping to highlight the nuances and subtleties associated with each of the champagnes matched to four of the five courses. The dinner commences at 8.15pm with aperitif drink served from 7.45pm.
Lallier Champagne is a Champagne house built on solid foundations of top quality grapes (90% from Grand Cru villages) and a wine-making tradition going back 4 generations. They have received numerous plaudits from all around the world and represent stunning value by comparison to some of their better known peers. The dinner is a great opportunity to taste and fully appreciate these champagnes; and discover something more about the Lallier philosophy and style.
Cigar Club activities will precede and follow the dinner, with the first cigar to be taken from 7.15pm.
The price for the evening is £55 per person, or £75 per person with cigars. Booking a cigar ticket gives automatic membership of the Winearray Cigar Club, entitling you to a free Havana Smoking Cap.
For tables of four or more, the ticket price is reduced to £50 per person and £70 per person for the cigar option.
