100% Pinot Noir from probably the best Grand Cru Pinot villages in the Montagne de Reims - Verzenay and Verzy. Krug, Bollinger and Roederer champagnes are also using grapes from these villages in their wines. Vines are on average over 25 years old and the champagne receives a relatively low dosage of 8g/litre.
Aromas of light red fruits, flowers and rose petal, with the fruit following through to the palate and the finish.
