100% Pinot Noir from probably the best Grand Cru Pinot villages in the Montagne de Reims - Verzenay and Verzy. Krug, Bollinger and Roederer champagnes are also using grapes from these villages in their wines. Vines are on average over 25 years old and the champagne receives a relatively low dosage of 8g/litre.
Light bronze in colour, with a floral note on the nose followed by a dried fruit aroma. A certain weightiness on the palate with some fine counterbalancing delicacy. A classic and rare Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs from arguably the most important and famous of all the Pinot Noir villages in the Montagne de Reims.
