Very little white Beaujolais is produced but if this example is anything to go by perhaps the plantings of Chardonnay should be increased. Planted on limestone-rich sand/clay soils this exhibits some excellent Burgundian qualities with a clean fresh nose and palate, showing some signs of malolactic fermentation with an ever so light creamy finish.
