Antech Cuvee Emotion, Cremant de Limoux Made from a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Mauzac grapes, Antech Emotion is an admirable alternative to a Rose Champagne. This is a Cremant de Limoux lavished with great care in its making. Aged for a minimum of 18 months after completion of the second fermentation in bottle and blended to produce a wine of real harmony - balanced in every way, fresh on the palate with delicate red fruit aromas and a very appealing hint of red fruit on the finish.

Jean Paul Brun' s wines are well crafted with a great sense of individuality, eschewing some of the trends of the last 40 years. No carbonic maceration or thermo-vinification in the making of these wines, just the purest expression of the soils of Southern Beaujolais.
